This is something like a memorial to the old racetrack. Since 1992 there are no more horce races on Caliente thanks to Chilango owner Jorge Hank Rhon not a native of Tijuana! He closed the racetrack and now there are houses, schools, a bad casino, everything but a recetrack!!! This SOB Hank has created a lot of damage to Tijuana Tourism since he took care of the racetrack in the early 80'!!! There are a LOT of people that don't like him and his family and chilango friends!!!
