Making an iPhone App
I’ll start by saying that I write in more detail about the process later on. I’ve been working on an iPhone app for a few weeks now and the whole thing is coming together. It’s going to be legit!
The whole project is outsourced to people around the world. I’ve used elance.com to connect with an iPhone developer located in the Ukraine and a php developer in NY. The quality of work these guys are doing is very impressive and they’re moving fast on the whole project. I’m going to connect with some graphic designers to create the iPhone icon and splash screen for the app, and to create a basic webpage for the app. For this design work I’ll either connect with someone through elance again, or I’ve heard good things about 99designs.com.
Check back soon for more updates with the app!

I’ve actually never used 99designs but I have used a ton of great providers on Elance for writing, editing, designing and other administrative tasks. The Elance.com site and escrow payment system makes its very easy for entrepreneurs to conduct business and leverage the talent of others all over the world. I highly recommend that individuals check them out. After all, its free for buyers to post projects and a great way to find qualified talent.
